how much do adapters go for now?

I have a Letus Extreme with optimized achromat, 82mm thread HVX200 specialized, with nikon mount, 30+15cm complete rod system. it comes in it's own special letus case. i've used it about 4 half day shoots. it's really in new condition. I'm not even sure what i should try to sell it for considering technology and the market. either way i need to sell it sooner than later yet i don't want to "give it away". this package still costs over 1800 new.

where is the best place to try and sell these? Amazon doesn't sell them and Letus customer service told me to use ebay as a last resort.

any ideas would be appreciated.

Unfortunately with the way the market for adapter is going you'll pretty much have to "give it away." I've seen Letus prices fall to as low as $500, with most ranging from $700-800 for the adapter by itself so that says something about the current state of interest. I would sell the adapter and rod support separately as that'll make it easier for you to get move the items. Forum like this and DVinfo are good places to sell as long as you're careful to check the buyer's history on here.
