How Much Can You Earn With Stock Footage?

Hi

This is my first post, although I've been a longtime reader. This is a great forum.

So anyway, I am trying to raise some money for a feature and I was wondering if anyone knows what the going rate is for selling stock footage to the companies that resell them. I know that the prefered format is 35mm but that super16 or sometimes HD will do. I am in a part of Mexico that hasn't been covered much (I am pretty sure) and I just happen to have an HVX and an Atoon A-minima with me. Thanks.
 
Thanks. By the way, has anyone here made any real money from this site? By real money I mean to make it worth it going on a stock footage hunting trip (not just $29 bucks here and there).
