How is your Sigma 18-35 Stills lens holding up?

I've come across a couple Sigma 18-35 1.8 lenses that seem a bit rough. Those were rentals, though. And to be clear: they weren't the T2 cine versions.

For those of you who own and have really used your 18-35 (either still or cine), how's it holding up after a couple years of use?

Dust getting in? Not as smooth? A bit loose? Or still just dandy?

Thanks!

I dropped min on a very dusty dirt road and turning the focus wheel sounded like a pepper grinder, so it needed to be serviced. Now, it's great again...after $$$.

So yeah, great lens, but not dust sealed. Then again, don't go dropping any of your lenses.

BTW, I did not drop it from standing height. It was only about a foot long drop.

I've used two and they were both nice, but they didn't have a lot of use and were always treated nicely
