Im new at this forum , and i've got a question i wish u could answer.
How is this effect made?:

I've asked the owner of the video and this is what he said:

The particular settings are pretty basic, basically just increased the number of generated particles from the default setting.
Try using the caustics effect and use the same layer as the water map on itself. Mess around with the settings and you should have it.

But i didnt understand nothing. Please let me know if you figured out how to make that effect.
