I agree that $100K is still "micro". You could go a good deal higher and still call it that. "Once" was done for that amount...
And also agree that $10k is basically "no budget". Aside from the rarest of the rare (like the $15k "Paranormal Activity", a title which, now that I think about it, also describes the project itself financially), basically it doesn't exist.
Maybe there should be a "Nano" budget category : )
