How hot should it be?

Just curious.... how hot the normal teaperature should be for CPU,HD,MB?

I have 3HDs the sata are 53 degrees C, and a normal IDE HD is only 46 degree C, CPU is 52, MB is 47.

When it's in operation(like rendering) cpu will go upto 67, MB also around 67, Sata HD 56, IDE HD 49

Are these good/normal temperature? thx
 
That does sound high. The commercial grade computer chips are only guaranteed up to 70 degree C ambient temperature. Add another fan or maybe even liquid cooling.
 
Most hard drives are out of spec at >55C or 131F. So I'd say it sounds like you are on the threshold. Keep in mind that is the spec they tell you, which means normally you could probably run a bit hotter. If I were you I'd crank down the AC in your computer room.
