How does Vegas deal with 24p Audio Sync problem in DVX100P?

I have heard there is a problem with the audio lagging (or is it leading?) by 2 or 3 frames in the DVX100P when shooting 24P/24Pa. I know they fixed this a little in the 100A and it is almost non-existant in the 100B.

I have also heard FCP has a plugin to fix this.

Does Vegas have a way to auto fix this, or do you just have to go in and manually bump the audio?

I have asked this same question in the Premiere Pro forum as I have access to both and am wondering which will be easier to seamlessly deal with this issue.

Thanks;

I've edited thousands of hours of original DVX 24p footage in Vegas and have never once seen a synch issue.

But even if you did, it's just a matter of moving the audio track by a frame or two.

That's great news. Mine hasn't arrived yet so I haven't had a chance to test it out. I was going by the information in this article, as well as some forum posts in other areas:
http://www.adamwilt.com/24p/#AVsync

The specs from Panasonic on A and B also mention the sync issue being resolved, so I was assuming it must be. But I think that many of hours of experience trumps some online reviews by miles.

Thanks fo ryour input
