How does this setup look?

New updated list, after a little research.

The ASUS P5AD2-E Deluxe mobo I have on there is temporary. I've been looking at the Premium version. I've read some good stuff about my selected processor and the Asus premium combo. Although my next PC will mainly be for editing, I still want to be able to play BF2 and CS:source.

DJQuikFingaz,

A great place to look is www.pricewatch.com. I built my own computer using parts I found on that site. They are basically the google of all electronic goods (and you can sort by price! )

That setup looks real sweet!

Yea, you're telling me! And for around $2,193.91, I mean common. I'll still be doing some serious thinking in the upcoming weeks before I make my final decision though (whether to build or not build). However I can say my eyes have been opened.

One thing I do know is, I'm going to soil my pants when I'm finally able to play Counterstrike and BF2 on max settings.
