When I first bought my Gh1 last year I bought the cheapest memory card you can buy. It only would work for recording AVCHD for about 30 seconds max before the card wouldn't write fast enough and it would stop recording.
Since then, I hacked my camera and put a medium/reliable hack on it. I bought a new memory card because I knew that my old card wouldn't even record for 1 second at the new bitrate. About a week ago I put my old memory card in just for kicks to see if it would work, and to my surprise I could record for about 5 minutes easily (I stopped there and didn't record anymore).
Anybody know how this could happen?
