I have an AT4073, 4071 (long) and a stereo 825 for shooting. I know these retail for $450-800 so I was curious how these stack up against other mics in that price range and above. Would you consider using these on a professional level? I know sound is key and just as important on student projects. I work with mainly shorts and commercial work. Not to mention some small independent projects shot around town/home for fun. Do these fit the bill?
