How do your crew invoice you their expenses?

Do you guve it to them on the day, end of the month, have them sign the release form once paid...

How do your crew members charge you/producer their expenses?

They should be signing any releases before they start work.

I never make it so they have to invoice me. They get paid immediately upon completion.

Agree. No one allowed on the set without signing a release first.

I'll invoice my employers within 48 hours of the gig with all expenses and fees included.
Also attached is a unique invoice number so both parties can track payroll easier.
This is handled over e-mail.
