How do you stabilize a longer lens when using a follow-focus?

I have 2 lenses in my stable that are about 8"-inches or so long and I get a bit of push up or push down at the start of any movement of the follow-focus.
Now, I'm using a lens adapter as well so obviously that is adding one more flex point...
I found a nice rail-mount lens support that has little rubber coated wheels for the lens to rest on thus stopping the push down effect, but it will still push up a bit when rotating the other way.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a good solution?

Thanks!

I've used this Lanparte support before. The band that latches over the top of the lens is rubber and can be stretched a bit to create some tension. It pretty quickly/easily slips onto the fastening hook and so lens changes aren't seamless, they're relatively easy. It's not as good as a dedicated screwed in lens support for the lens, but it does the job Ok and doesn't cost a ton.

Nice. This looks like it would serve the purpose pretty well on one of my lenses at least.
The other only has a very narrow non-rotating section that might be too narrow for this strap...but another strap I can fashion myself I suppose.
