How do you spot a grey market dvx100b?

I purchase my first one from B&H in New York, but now I am thinking about getting rid of my dvx100 for another 100b.

What exactly do you look for?

And what exactly does grey market stand for exactly?

Is it made with inferior parts? Would like to know.

A gray market camera is identical to a camera you get from an authorized dealer, but they're imported from somewhere else (for example a camera meant for the Japanese market is sold in the US) so you might end up with menu in a different language. The bad thing is that a gray market camera might not necessarily come with all of the accessories like chargers and such. Generally a camera is gray market if it is advertised brand new for several hundred dollars below an authorized dealer's price (most of the eBay dealers are grey market). So you won't be eligible for any warranty offered by the manufacturer or any rebates.
