How do you re-arrange your windows in prem cs5????

I've been at this for a while and i want to arrange my windows a little differently in premiere cs5 but i cant seem to do it..if i unlock the dock ..the windows just come out but i cant put them back in... and place where i would like them to be. I know i'm doing something wrong, i feel like a noob.
