How do you play a clip in reverse?

I know just hitting the "J" key will play in reverse in the timeline but I mean how do you totally reverse the clip so that it plays in reverse overall, as in the final product?

Right click the clip in the Timeline, go to Speed, check off the Reverse function, that's it.
