How do you open & work with sample libraries like EastWest & Quantum Leap?

Hey guys,
I've got an M-audio usb keyboard and I have some EastWest & Quantum Leap sample libraries that I used years ago with the software sampler HALION via Cubase. However I don't have those programs anymore, and was wondering how people open and work with these samples? They don't seem to be recognised by my computers, either mac or pc.
I mainly use Adobe Audition CS6 on a PC and I could probably get Logic for my Mac at work, so how would I open these files using these programs? Would the EXS24 (or whatever it's called) work? Any software samplers for Audition? etc.
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!

These are sampler files. Only a sampler is probably going to be able to open them. You can use TRANSLATOR by Chicken Systems to extract the sound files or convert the sample banks to another format. But to really use them you need to use them in a sampler.
