How do you make jpgs from fcp?

I want to print out screen shots of footage i am editing in fcp? How do i do that? Do you have to convert them to jpgs?
 
put the playhead on the frame you want to export

go to File>Export>Quicktime Conversion

change the export setting to Still Image

Export
 
yep, i use photoshop to clean them up a bit get rid of some imperfections video will leave behind. I have about 15 still frames printed and framed in my office. Looks cool for clients and my own personnal self esteem :-)
