How Do You Keep Slo-Mo in Sync?

Maybe you guys can help me out. FYI- I'm using Premiere 2.0.

For an upcoming project I need to slow the motion down but keep the singers lips in sync with the lyrics being sung. (you see this done in music videos).
Does that take a plug-in (if so, which one) or is it a technique that I can do within Premiere? If so, how is it done?

Thanks,
Joe

recsample the song at twice the speed and get the band to sing to the sped up version - when you shoot at twice the speed the band are in sync.

You could do time remapping. I haven't tried it in PP (not sure if it does it), but I do it in AfterEffects all the time. If you are looking for a more powerful plugin, then you can try Twixtor (which is available for PP).

ah - you mean software to slow it down - check out twixtor plug in for after effects (and I think premiere) - perfect slo mo for the most part although very occasionally it morphs incorrectly but done properly is indistinguishable from actual slo mo photography

I'm not an After Effects user, but do have the program (Adobe Suite). Is this something relatively easy to do?

Thx,
Joe
