how do you do grabs

Hey i was wondering how you export grabs from your film. this might seem like a silly question, but how can I export just a frame from final cut as a jpeg, I have no idea? please help!?

real simple... get a 35mm still camera. take a picture of your screen. go to the nearest 1-hour photo to get it developed. take your developed picture to your local kinko's to get it scanned. have them burn it to a cd for you... and you're set!

File>Export>Using QuickTime Conversion

under "format" select "still image" and set your options.

Ya it was a sweet movie. I had no clue that franka potente was in it, she is hot. I didn't notice her with the red hair and all.
