How do you create new sequences and new bins in FCP X?

What menu(s) do you select to create a new sequence and a new bin in FCP X? I can't find a way to do this. In the old FCP 7 it was very easy...
 
FCPx doesn't work with Bins in the traditional manner. I would check out some tutorials through Larry Jordan, or FCP.co and check their forum. FCPx uses Keywords and Metadata to organize your material. As for sequences it's labeled "New Project" in the menus.
