so do you just add the lense to the 35mm adaptor and put that on your camera and you can use the camera zoom and focus with the lens on the end of the adaptor to get the picture you want ? or in order to zoom in or out must you focus on a part inside the 35mm adaptor, and then buy different lenses ?

eg : for a close, medium and wide shot can i use a 50mm lens ( and zoom with my camera, and ajust the focus ) or must i buy a 24mm,50mm and so on for different shots ?

You can't use the zoom on your camera when you use a 35mm adapter, The camera needs to zoom in and focus on the G.G in the adapter, once you see a sharp picture on your camera ,it stays that way and don't move it. You can only use the zoom in the SLR lens and the focus in the SLR lens.

Most zoom lens are not acceptable in 35mm adapters, because they are too slow and you also get vignetting. That is why you use prime (fix) lenses.

But Brevis came out with a new G.G that fixes this problem (CF1L & CF3L).
