how do I talk this actor down

Iv been talking with an actor for a short I am shooting that is still in pre. Its a 4-5 day shoot 10-12 hour days in 1 location. This is a 0 budget movie but Im willing to pay the actor just not as much as hes asking for. This guy isnt a name actor but he is perfect for the part. He wants a $150 day rate which is totally reasonable but I cant afford that. Any ideas? He is non SAG but he is AFTRA and AEA. I was thinking of offering him a free demo reel edit and links on my website. Any other ideas?
 
haha I actually came to a reasonable deal with the guy. $100 day rate 4 days 12 hours each a demo DVD and link on my website. Thanks though.
