How do I?? Stills

I know i can capture stills from footage while capturing. Lets say ok I have now captured and want stills? Is their an easy way to do this in Vegas with already captured footage or do I need to go back into capture mode and capture from the footage I want the stills from already on my computer? What is the easiest way to do this?

i havent got vegas here. but basically there is a button next to viewing window that says "Save as" or something like that. That will take screen grabs.
