SafetyO Well-known member Sep 20, 2006 #2 Two ways I can think of off the top of my head. 1. Take a snap shot of the frame you like in the preview window by pressing the disk button. Make sure the preview is set to "Best". 2. Use a velocity envelope and stop the clip where you want it to become a "still".
