How Do I Remove Pulldown (Flagged Frames) From Varicam 60p HDSDI Footage?

I shot some material on the Panasonic AJ-HDC27F at 24 (23.98) onto the Blackmagic Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 via HDSDI and given the HDSDI signal is a constant 59.94p signal but flags the frames in the frame rate is otherwise, how do i remove pulldown either in adobe premiere, final cut 7 or final cut pro x?

Premiere doesn't do it automatically? If it's flagged, it ought to.
