How do I remove 3:2 pulldown in X?

I shot everything a 23.98 on C100 mkII, apparently didn't notice the stupid setting which locked it at 29.97i on the Ninja Star. Now all my beautifully shot footage is showing frame rate of 29.97i.

How do I remove this in FCPX and get it converted back? Would need a batch conversion process? Can I do it directly in FCPX, do I need to use Compressor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to begin the edit and feel like tearing my hair out.
