how do i mount external LCD ?

I know this is a stupidly simple question to you cinematographers, but I am foremost a screenwriter, then an indie filmmaker (only two short films so far, three to be produced in the next few montsh), but how do I mount e.g. a DP1x (smallHD.com) or really any external LCD monitor to a carbon cage I recently purchased from cpmfilmtools.com? I am on the verge of ordering the DP1x but looking at the kit contents I do not see anything for attaching it to a camera let alone a cage like I now have. Can someone toss me a bone, a link to a (inexpensive) mounting gizmo to pair up the LCD with my cage?

an articulating arm usually does the trick. they sell them at BH. Ikan and Noga both make reliable ones from what I have read. I also just purchased a DP1X.

How reliable is the company you are getting your cage from?
