How do I make a day shot look night?

I screwed up I think.... EEK!

anyway I need to make this day shot look mor elike dusk and then like night for two different scenes.... Anyone care to help out with some pointers?

I know you have G film effects so...

Apply morning mist filter (dawn / dusk) it has an orange shift

Play with gamma. Darker = closer to nightfall and vice versa.

Play with RGB mixer in final cut.

The main idea hear is shadowy and orange for a dusky sunset and bluer for a more twilight effect.

When you checkout my zombie short you'll see a night to day montage that was all shot near dusk but CCed for night then early morning then sunrise doing the above (blue for night with darker gamma).
