How do I just pull a grab?

I just want to post a couple of grabs from something that I'm working on..... How do I do this?
I've captured the footage but can't figure out how to "extract" a grab...

I'veonly used FCP once, but it's the exact same as premiere when it comes to exporting.
Drag the clip to your timeline, select the frame you want to capture, and do a file export, as if you were going to export it to a video file... and just select tiff as your filetype for output... and you're set.

File > Export > QuickTime Conversion -> Still Image (popup menu)
Click on optios for format and other settings.
