How do I insert subtitles with Vegas?

Whether you manually Type in your text or use a third party app like PS you will have to Keyframe (Pan / Crop)

For DVD subtitles, you have to type them with the timecode in a Microsoft Excel (or grid-program) and import them the DVD Architect, or any subtitle-capable DVD authoring software.

Most simply, you just put a text card over your video for every subtitle.
