How do I insert an image into a post?

I know, dumb question, but I don't know much about VB scripting.

I found this bit in a search:

but I don't know what to do with it.

Slect the little LANDSCAPE block in the menu and insert the URL of the image.

Click on the "Go Advanced" button and then look at the buttons above the text area. There's a button for inserting an image. Click on that and type in the URL of the image and you're good to go.
