Don't use Adobe's products! ;)
I suspect you're using the correct size of the font at first, then animate it (smaller and bigger) after. You shouldn't do it that way: use a larger size at first, then if you animate the titles, go the the part of the animation that requieres smaller fonts, then reduce the size. It's like working in HD and compressing in SD after, works better than the opposite.

It looks like you might be scaling them instead of rendering them at the right resolution. Are you sure you have them in vector or native format?
In addition to that, you might want to try applying a small amount of blur to attempt your own anti-aliasing. Perhaps you'll want to render them in a comp of double resolution, blur in there and then downscale back in your original comp, could help, but it's a bit of a nasty hack...

What is a vector format?
No disrespect intended, but you should spend a little time learning the basics of video and graphics. A better understanding of the fundamentals will save you a lot of frustration later. I'm a big fan of DIY and learning by doing, but that is much easier and more productive when you understand the foundation that you are building on top of.
