How do I get Manfrotto Replacement parts?

I need a lever for a combi boom. The Pdf of the blueprint calls it a R101.1086 but looking at the Manfrotto sites parts list its not there. Plus I can't see a way to order even the stuff thats listed. THey have a general contact, but i was hoping someone might point me to a more direct line.

Doubt warranty covers lost parts, but I'm in need.

thanks. I don't see the model number listed, but perhaps the same piece shows up on a tripod. Going to have to do a bit more research.

I finally got someone to email me back from the Jersey office. However i still can't get them on the phone to place an order. Looks like its going to cost about 10 and some change plus shipping.
