How do I get CS3 edited version to DVD?

I can't figure out how to burn the stuff I edited to DVD. I tried Encore CS3 which generated a .m2v file. From there I don't know how to proceed. When I try to burn the .m2v file to DVD using encore I get a message whereby the sequence is too large 9.2 Giga (This is odd for a 20 minute sequence). Can somebody help me out? How do I get a DVD version of my edit?

you export your movie from premiere in mpeg2 with pcm, mpeg or aac audio by using the adobe media encoder.

import the files into encore, do your menus etc.

build your iso and burn to dvd
