How do i fix the higlights? There is a hard edge around the spotlights.

Many ways to skin a cat (figuratively speaking).

A few things to try would be to desaturate the highlights and in curves, add a knee so that you roll into the highlights earlier. This will bloom your highlights a bit and if you desaturate the highlights a bit it should minimize the presence of that magenta ring around your clipped areas.

I'm sure others will chime-in with other valuable tips as well.

It's not working. I'm probably going to leave it there because the camera movement is good. It was shot on a Ronin M. Thanks for your help.
 
This is more of a question for the NLE forum than special effects. Have you tried running it through Resolve to color correct to match your other camera. Not sure but it might even have sony log presets to work with
