How do I fit a video onto a screen in AFTER EFFECTS?

I have a video I want to place onto a TV screen. It is a static scene and the camera does not move. All I need to do is place the corners of the video onto each corner of the screen, but I just don't know how to do that. What effect should I use in AFTER EFFECTS to resize a video exactly the way I want? The screen is seen from an angle, so I need to turn the square shape of the video into an uneven trapezoid. Thank you.

And by the way, can I do that in Premiere directly?

Though I agree with Chris's suggestion of the Corner Pin effect, I'll also point out CC Power Pin, which has some additional features.

BTW, Amadou, your recent questions here make me think that you would be very well served to take a step back and work your way through the basic learning materials for After Effects.
