How do I film an iPad?

Okay. SO I have narrowed it down to two reasons why filming someone using an iPad looks crappy. White balance and contrast. The screen is blue and id too high of a contrast.

So my question is, does Apple animate everything in post? How would you go about doing this, making it look good, on a lower budget?

Specifically, I am watching the iPad video below:

http://www.youtube.com/user/Apple?feature=pyv&ad=6552753676&kw=iPad%20video#p/u/0/1-YAQ1wfNqc

If they are animating it, then they are doing a great job because the actor rotated the screen at one point.

Suggestions?

Yeah, I think that is a simulated, or post composited image on the iPad. If you look close at the guys hands, it looks to me like there is matte line around the fingers. It just doesn't look just right. Now the compositing is very, very good, but I think that Apple could afford it.

APPLE refused to simulate any screen on their i-products for broadcast commercial spots. Ipods, Iphones and Ipads are all shot with fully functional products. What you see moving, rotating, scrolling, and pinching on screen is all done on the actual gadget. Very impressive huh?
You'll notice that you'll never see a "simulated screen" fine print in any of Apple's commercials.
The trick is to use 1k Lights all around. You may or may not need color gels depending on lighting conditions. White Balance adjusts should be made in regards to the ipad screen.
The youtube video that was posted is much different. The iPad almost looks 3D because of the various angles and camera shots that are shown.
