How do I compress like YouTube or UncutVideo?

I want to be able to buy a compression software program that compresses like Youtube or Uncutvideo does. I would like it to be able to use Final Cut and compress it to a SWF or whatever is a similar format for the web. I now upload soccer games on UncutVideo.com but it will only allow 10 minute segments.

What is the best inexpensive program for this?

Thanks,
Peter

If you have Final Cut Pro, you can use Compressor to output a 100mb H.264 file from Quicktime only to upload. It then gets re-compressed when it goes onto the server, so upload the highest quality file possible with the time that you have to post.

I've heard Sorenson Squeeze does an excellent job - If you use the srenson spark pro codec, the compressed flash video can be uploaded to youtube etc and won't be recompressed :)

I'm sorry but this Sorenson Spark Pro codec business is a total fallacy. I have been attempting to compress footage shot from my HVX200 and edited in FCP into Sorenson, using this alleged setting that "evades" Youtube's compression algorithms. Whatever! The quality is poor... yes, I have seen footage that has allegedly gone through the .flv compression standard that looks AMAZING, but my guess is that, in those examples, there virtually ZERO motion. I for one can say that in my experimentation with the .flv Sorenson Spark Pro codec, the yielded files were absolutely no better than any other standard (H.264, MPEG-4, etc.)

I'm still watching to hear about "THE BREAKTHRU"...but I'm using Div-X (Dig into preferences and chose BEST QUALITY), and feel that if you create GOOD VIDEO, the final uploaded YouTube video will look pretty good,

Somebody mentioned to me that if you compress your footage using the iPod codec and then upload that version to YouTube it will look really well.
