How do I color correct for YouTube?

I'm making some sketch comedy videos and the only place they're ever going to be is Youtube. I've tried searching for a way to calibrate my monitor for color correcting properly but all I ever see are articles on production monitors for NTSC broadcast.

Is there a universal standard for calibrating a monitor for web video? Or is just WYSIWYG?

I'm using Colorista II in Premiere CS 5.5 on a Windows 7 pc.

Worse yet! it is sRGB. which s fine and Dandy for Calibrating your Monitor for, right? Deal is this:You do not control the many Monitors that will be used to view your YT vid's. Sometimes your Video will blow the WHites, sometimes it'll have dark darks and so on. But most of the time it'll fall nicely inbetween. No worries. make a Killer video and it doesn't begin to matter!
