How do I change default bitrate in DVD Architect Studio?

I'm using DVD Architect Studio 4.5d. The default video bitrate is 8.000, and I'd like to change it to always default to 9.020, but can't seem to find anywhere to set this. Does anyone know how I would change this default?

I think you need DVDA - I don't think it can be changed in Studio.
