How do I avoid the bluish tint in my set's tv screens?

Hi.

We film a budget news show. In the set, there's a central plasma tv that shows a relevant image.
Thing is, the screen always have this blue/cyan tint on it. I've seen otehr shows with plasmas/lcds that don't have this problem.

Anyone knows how they achieve this?

Is it just the TV or is it the recorded footage as well? Sounds like a white balance/color temp issue.

Cut out a piece of CTO gel in the shape of the screen and put it on (the static should hold it).

...or take the remote, flick the menus and dial it in warmer.

Or light your studio at daylight colour temperature.

turn off the tv, add tracking markers, and "fix it in post"
