Hard to say, the resolution is so bad it looks like a video game. A pole shot would do it and key it out.

Yes, it is a mount system that secures to the car and arms out. It has to be removed in post. More advanced and heavy duty than a simple pole as it must have absolutely no flex or shake even at high speed. I believe there are only two on the market.
thats what i was afraid of.
i was thinking that you would not need to go fast. just use alittle longer exposure to create some blur would make it look like you were moving faster than you are. set camera up for time lapse and pull car slowly. would you need to remove rig from every frame in photo shop? or would you be able to record actions and apply to all the frames?

I think its the other way around, 3D scan of the actual car, and then placed on a CG background
that's exactly what it looks like. They sped up the world shots added the car later.
