Pretty cool, but my guess is this was shot with a still camera and the individual shots were put together to form a moving clip.
There was a video posted a while back that was done that way. It had a couple guys doing things like getting dressed by having the clothes crawl their way onto the guy, etc, etc. And it had that "stop motion" feel to it.

No credits? Insane.
I would assume it was still photography and true stop motion. You can tell when people half-ass it and just chop up video in the edit... unless this guy is just really good at it.
