How did they do the "bullettime" in this commercial?

Highly effective ad for some medication.

Do you think they shot the super slow motion shots circling the actors in a green screen and composited it against the background? There's a shot of a guy doing a cannonball into a swimming pool that would be hard to do that way.

Some sort of high-speed robotic arm?

isn't the bus thing the semi-circle of stills cameras that all fire at the same time and then you just see the movement while the actual content of the frame doesn't change? The pool sequence looks pretty like normal high frame rate slo-mo, or did I miss something?

When he lands in the water, the camera circles around.

And in the final scene, when the mom is catching the ball, the camera circles around combined with a zoom, but that may just be a dolly move, not sure

If they did the semi-circle of stills for the bus, then are we thinking that she's alone in green screen or they have a bus set in green screen?

That thing is so awesome.

I saw a phone/carrier commercial back in the day in which they rolled a camera across a track - 100 yards or so - in like 3 seconds, and there was a bunch of activity taking place in front of the track (picnic, BBQ, joggers, water fights...it was summer time), but everything was shot on a phantom so people were barely moving and it looked amazing.

Or you could shoot it with a phone out a car window:

There are some ho pro rigs that have 10 go pros - shoot 4K and you have enough to interpolate out another few 1080 frames

Theu have a trigger and software.

Beyond that you need full on bullet time rig.

I think the spot is bullet time but with fewer cameras than Hollywood.

I’ve been meaning to build a rig with raspberry pi câmeras that are $10 each:)

A lot more of this stuff is now done with motion-control robots and high-speed cameras. Vastly easier to setup than the original Matrix rigs.
