How did I install P2 driver on laptop?

Hi

On my older laptop that had a built in slot to accept cardbus (P2), I (somehow) manged to install the P2 drivers, the Panasonic viewing software etc. so that I could just plug in a P2 card and it popped up as a drive.

I've got a new laptop now that has to use one of these Expresscard to cardbus adpaters and for the life of me I can't recall how I installed the P2 drivers - or where I got them from.

I've installed the viewer software - and I have downloaded software from Panasonic that refers to drivers but when run it's trying to connect to the camera.

I thought I downloaded and ran just drivers that made the P2 appear - anyone help?

I think you have to connect your camera or
it won't let you install drivers.

I've done that now but the P2 card driver is still not found.

When I install p2 card windows just says need to install a driver and then says can't find it.

Many thanks kabtv - I didn't look there but thank you - I just came back here to post that I had sorted it.

When Windows is complaining that it can't find the driver what you need to do is point it at the Program_files/Panasonic/Driver folder and it finds what it needs, asks for confirmation and then installs it.

Thanks anyway.
