How can you zoom in on the viewer and move around....

I wanna mask out these real small spots, well I can zoom in but then i wont see the portion of the video that I need to mask... so how can I move around on the viewer to do the masking being very zoomed in?

hmmm....that's difficult unless you had a 60'' monitor lol. Try hold the space bar down and dragging the mouse...That's all i can think of

Hold down the Space Bar. That changes your cursor into a little hand. The little hand lets you click+hold and grab the inside of your display window and move the contents around.
