What are the rules on selling one's Cineform Prospect HD license? I don't need it anymore. Any suggestions on where to go and how to do the transaction? Thanks.

I purchased my copy of Aspect HD from a member at DVInfo. I believe the seller just contacted Cineform and they switched the license over to my name. It was pretty simple.
