How can I get render quality like this?

http://www.youtube.com/user/darwinfish105#p/u/2/dHcKSpFwWu8 Even at 360p this looks really clear. How can I duplicated this in Vegas. Is it caused by upping the bit rate?

try 1080p, 3 MB/s bit rate using h.264

How do you render in h.264 in vegas?

I get the same sort of clarity rendering to Main Concept MP4 using settings of 1280x720 @ 5mb/s. This is what Vimeo likes and YouTube looks good with it also.
