How 2 Color grade

Do any pro color graders out there have recommendations for learning the art of color grading? I realize that it won't all be in one book, but some references would be great.

I'd love something along the lines of the Hollywood Camera Works DVDs, where it shows the how and the "why".

I've never read that book, I see it on the web all the time. Whats the most advanced book out there on color correction. Any suggestions?
