house of flying daggers

Re: house of flying daggers

Saw it Friday. Absolutely stunning wasn't it? It was directed by Zhang Yimou, who also directed the beautiful HERO. Check it out if you havn't seen it yet. Don't miss out. 8)

Re: house of flying daggers

I was absolutely floored by the way it looked. Absolutely stunning. Great story as well, I can't wait to own it.

For about a week after I saw it, my friend and I would throw things right by eachother's head and say "Have you ever played the echo game?"

Re: house of flying daggers

awesome cinematography.. but i thought the story was boring and really really draggy especially towards the end. the fight scenes were a 10

Re: house of flying daggers

thought house of flying daggers is nowhere near as good as hero. it's incoherent and plain stupid at times.

hero 8.5/10
hofd 6/10

;D
